  • Non-Access to Course: If you have made a payment but have not accessed the course even once, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If a user encounters technical issues preventing them from accessing the course, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be achieved, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
